An experienced senior consultant and manager, I offer over 20 years in customer-facing Service Management roles with a clear focus on improving and optimising the delivery of services to end users. I have been working to ITIL best practice guidelines since their inception. I have delivered all ten core modules to range of significant clients, embracing central Government, industrial, telecommunications and financial organisations.

In addition I have significant experience in managing and mentoring teams for both public and private sector clients and ensuring socialisation of new working practices. I have wide-ranging stakeholder management expertise, can claim excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and have developed comprehensive process documentation to support Service Delivery.
